D. Udvary Ildikó:
Butak András
Artist’s books, a branch of paper art that became independent in the twentieth century, assume a major role in the activities of András Butak (1948). Butak’s work in book art can be divided into several periods based on technique and content. This kind of periodization concerns the shift and interchange, omission and inclusion of the various constituents and technical solutions of his works. At the same time, Butak’s works did not undergo any fundamental stylistic change over the years. His artist’s books can therefore be regarded as a coherent unity, elements of a consistent artistic world-view, and an ever-growing artistic library.Price: 2500 HUF
